RUMOURS: MAN UTD READY TO PAY €60M FOR MORATA

Jose Mourinho is keen to ward off interest from Chelsea, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico to land the Spain international and partner him with Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Manchester United are ready to part with upwards of €60 million to sign Alvaro Morata, according to Marca.

The striker is currently at Juventus but could re-join Real Madrid this summer for €32 million if the Champions League winners exercise their buy-out option before the July 15 expiry date.

Chelsea, Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Atletico Madrid are all also reportedly keen on the Spain international and Jose Mourinho wants to steal a march on his rivals.

Interest in Morata is not expected to have an impact on United's desire to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who would arrive on a free but command wages of around £250,00 a week.
